[THC] Stouts

[stephen baluch]

I dont have a clone necessarily of Uplands wit, but
here is a wit I made that is closer to the Hoe I
think:

5gallon
Blanche d'Pingouin, aka Sunshine Daydream

6# 2row
6# unmalted wheat
2# rice hulls

mash above 147ish 1hour

1oz saaz at 60 and 0 boil  90 min
at 10 min left add zest of 4 oranges, 1 oz corriander,
and 1/3 oz chamomile (sunspot market)

Ferment with  Witbier yeast, WY Forbidden fruit, or
any Belgian wheat beer yeast
