[THC] Dec 29 is not too far away

And it's not too late to say you'll be attending.  I'm keeping a count 
that Greg will use as a rough measure for figuring food.

There is no cost for the food, and if you don't have any homebrew beer 
or mead or cider.... to bring, well, there will probably be a little 
beer for sale at this place!  (And I'll share some homebrew with you too.)

Part of my plan is to bring some little previews of the Winter Warmer 
beers the club made last February for WW 2007.  (Have you bought your 
tickets yet?  I'm getting mine tonight I hope.) 

Anita Johnson of Great Fermentations has sent a *yes* that she's coming 
up for our Dec 29 event, which was great because then I asked her if she 
would deliver something from the store that I need (melanoidin malt and 
hops) and she said yes.  In fact she said that she could do 12/29 
delivery for anybody who needed something and could call the order in 
ahead of time and pay over the phone.   (888) 463-2739 and the store 
hours are M-F 11-7, Sat 10-7, Sun 12:01 to 3:59.  Closed Christmas day 
and New Years Day coming up.  She did not ask for a plug but I'm happy 
to put one in.  It's important to do what you can do to keep your local 
homebrew supply store in business.  For several reasons, the most 
obvious might be that it will only be there for you when you need it if 
it stays in business.

The list of people who've said yes is at the THC Bulletin Board.  We 
would be happy for anyone to join us at the BB.  We have 36 registered 
users, 561 articles posted, and have been having pleasant and 
interesting chats since late June 2005; we're almost a half year old!
