And I took pictures. Just a couple of sets which I'll feed to the 
photo stitching software to make indoor panoramas of the festivities. 
I'll post them in the forum (in the Everything else section) once my 
registration is approved (forum admins, look for the ridiculous name 
Alfred E Brewman in the new member email you get). As the guy whose 
web site hosts this mailing list (and a few other PHPBBs), it took me 
long enough to register for the club's forum, but I guess I finally 
have something to say.

The smoked salmon was really, really good but the best thing Greg 
provides at these things is the pineapple between the sausages on the 
skewers. I'm not sure if there's more than the sausage juice that 
flavors them but I find them particularly tasty.
