Ron Smith sent this just now. He asks people to reply to his phone asap. It's
this coming Saturday. I expect he would be heppy for people who are not FBI
members too.

The Beer Festival this weekend needs some servers to serve various microbrews.
You get free admission, a glass, and "maybe" a t-shirt, and you should not have
to work the whole time, so it is a pretty good deal as well as a ton of fun.
Here's what you need to do (ASAP) if interested.

1) Let me know ASAP. Call me at 201-6535 (my mobile) or send me an email at
RonSmith at MarketWiseSolutions.com.

2) You MUST get a temporary servers permit for the day from the Indiana ATF.
Go to 302 West Washington Street, just West of the statehouse, Room 114, and
ask for this form. Fill it out and pay $5,00. IMPORTANT: The permit number
for the event is TM0020837 - you will need this number to complete the form.
The event is called the Indiana Microbrewers Festival and is held at Opti Park
in Broad Ripple, 806 East 65th Street, Indpls, IN 46220. If this form is not
filled out in front of them, then it needs to be notarized (you can get forms
online at http://www.in.gov/atc/tempemployee.htm, but at this late date, you
should just go to the office). They are really cracking down on beer festivals
like this, so all servers MUST have a permit. ATF Office Ph: 317-234-4315. This
must be done by end of day Friday.

3) Be at Opti Park for sign-in, instructions, setup, etc. by 1:00 (preferably a
little before) !!! Look for me around the FBI booth or the shelter.

4) If you are an FBI member, wear your grey FBI T-shirt.

5) This is a lot of fun, you will have time to drink plenty of great beer,
etc., but it is not a free ride. Be prepared to work a little, help out in any
way you can, keep the tables staffed, lug ice around and keep your beers cold,
help with the tear-down if you can, etc.

Let me know if you have any questions.

I need to hear from you asap.

Thanks,

Ron Smith
