I was listening to this weeks podcast of basicbrewingradio about water and =
had the following question.  =

  Do most of you use
  1. bottled water
  2. unfiltered city/well water
  3. softened water
  4. filtered water

  for brewing?

  I have always used softened city water.  The podcast commented that you s=
hould avoid using softened water in brewing.  I have never noticed any off =
flavors.
