[THC] brewing, chilling, and 2"-thick styrofoam boards

If I were a psychic I would that this proves you will be going to 
Scripps Institute soon.  Or eventually.  I have some homebrewing friends 
in San Diego and this is what they have to do all the time.  There is no 
such thing as a "basement" out there, and the temperature, while almost 
never getting into the 90s, is almost always in the 80s, so they have to 
have special cooling all the time to be able to brew.  I am copying 
their list.  They will probably have very good advice.
