Hi Linda and Victor,
I've seen 2" styrofoam at Home Depot here in San Diego. Might want to check
a commercial construction supplier, most will sell to the public if you pay
cash. Or just tell them it's for your employer and flash a business card. An
insulation supplier should also have this.
Might also do an online search for homebrew and walk-in cooler, I seem to
remember someone from the homebrew digest who had pretty detailed info on
walk in coolers.
