This is frustrating for me and I hope you're not cussing me for the
confusion. It's not easy to remember and not easy to remove all the
html from things that I copy into email. Sorry. This should be all
text now.
-----------------

Very exciting. I'm RSVPing "yes" and then it's just a question of how
many people want to share in the fun.

FROM BOB O. (he's ba-ack):

Linda, Ron, Bruce/Barb, David, Jack, Dan, Stephan, etc. Hi.

I've talked the powers that be into giving over 5 tables at the Brewers
of Indiana Guild's Microbrewers' Festival (July 29th) to homebrew clubs.
So I'm immediately inviting the FBI, THC, Duneland, FOSSILS, OHVA, MASH,
and MEGA to come and show off.

History: It's the 11th year for the Festival. Almost 2000 people attend.
For the last few years, the FBI has shared a table that Anita Johnson
(Great Fermentations) has bought from the Guild. They have brought a few
cornies of beer and also sold T-Shirts and plaques at that crowded booth.

The Guild's offer:

    * "Booth space": There are five 8-foot tables reserved. They will be
located together, probably in Tent 3 - not the prime tent with the
brewers, sorry. If all 7 clubs participate that still leaves about 6
feet apiece.
    * Cost to the clubs: Free.
    * Setup is from Noon to 2pm. Possibly open sooner. Please try to be
in place by 1pm.
    * Ice is available. If you bring kegs or jockey boxes, you'll need
to provide buckets for icing them down.
    * The Guild will provide 4 tickets to each participating club (at
will-call) that include tasting glasses. Any more people working the
booth will need to buy tickets on their own ($30 advance, $35 at the door).
    * All people who will pour beer at your booth will need to have an
Employee Permit or a Volunteer Employee Permit
(http://www.in.gov/atc/pdf/EmployeePermit.pdf) or a Temporary
Bartender's Permit (http://www.in.gov/atc/tempemployee.htm). This is the
Indiana State requirement for anyone pouring beer.
    * The Festival standard pour of beer is 2oz.
    * If you don't/can't give samples of your members' beer, that's OK.
This invitation is not to get more beer to the attendees, rather to give
homebrew clubs an outlet to advertise themselves.
    * The Festival will not provide any signage.
    * By the way, no one under 21 is allowed on the Festival grounds.

TO BE LISTED IN THE PROGRAM, I WILL NEED TO KNOW IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO
ATTEND BY MONDAY, JULY 3. Sorry about the short notice. Drop dead date
to let me know you will attend is July 17th. By that time I'll need to
know the names for the 4 tickets.
