Finally broke down and called the water company, if
you live in WL here it is: (all ppm)
Ca 89
Mg 32
HCO3 213.1
SO4 57.1
Na 14
Cl 4
Hardness 350
Alkalinity 260
Residual alkalinity 177.6
pH 7.2
Fe .25-.30

What does that mean?  Well it is all good except for
the bicarbonate up there.  That level is fine for
stouts and porters but crap for anything else. 
Reducing it is possible through pre-boiling and
aerating as you boil.


To Lloyd specifically: right now looks like July 15
works for a meeting at our place, but keep that
tentative until I get more info.
