Wow. I would have bet on closer to 7%. Robert shared one with me a
couple nights ago. I wouldn't say it sucks, but it's absolutely true
what you say, that they are crazy with their claim of "bitter tongue
bruiser." The hops aroma is amazing, take your breath away, but it
tastes soooooooo different than the smell suggests it will. It's just
way not bitter. It stands, in fact, as a pretty amazing example of the
distinction between hop flavor and bitterness. It has a whole lot of of
hop flavor, but the bitterness is just not there.
