Especially those with a palate so sensitive they can tell the 
difference between Old Eighty-Five and Old Eighty-Four and Fifteen Hundredths.

Good thing there's not an HPEC or beer might get really expensive. 
Except for certain domestic lagers where they just wave the hops over 
the brewing kettle anyway.
