[THC] Bourbon Barrel Stout

Members:

   I know we are in the process of filling a rye barrel with porter, but I would like to see who is interested in doing a bourbon barrel stout for big brew( May 5 ).   I have sourced some barrels, and am working on procuring an appropriate clone recipe for Kalamazoo Stout( or something similar ).  A whiskey barrel has a volume of 53 gallons, so we would need approximately 11 five gallon batches to fill it.  I figure to brew 10 gallons for this project, so we would need 45 gallons more.  Whatever volume you brew to put in the barrel you will get out as barrel aged beer.  If you are interested, let me know.  Thanks,
