I bought a 15 gallon tank (for research) from (
http://www.tank-depot.com ) which has a 2inch threaded drain at bottom
for $52 and fittings from McMaster-Carr ( www.mcmaster.com ). The stand
was another $50. They shipped fast. They have a variety of tanks on
the website which might work.
