We can take a keg (about 3.5 gal I think) of the Monkey heaven that's in
my freezerator. We have always meant for some of these barrel-aged
batched to go to the winter warmer, I think. We can take the stout.
It's a little odd for a lot of people's tastes, a bit soured, but I had
some the other night that Alan brought by and I think it's very
drinkable. Kurt has experimented with blending it with some other beers
and had a nice result. I now have experience with a couple of soured
dark beers, and they are great in the summer. Something about the
sourness that hits the spot very nicely in the heat.

Lloyd is making or has made an IIPA I think.

I was thinking of making an IIPA too. (It is not possible to have too
many IPA or IIPAs!)

I do not speak for the other guys but it seems very likely that the
Board would approve the expenditure for your brewing a five gallon "SB"
for the WW (Something Big).

In fact if I get around to it maybe I'll call mine SBIIPA. It's almost
pronounceable.

:-)

BTW we have 2008 THC membership cards available. Cheap at $10. No
pressure to join, not a requirement for hanging out with the gang,
brewing with us on brew days, or participating in the BB or Mailing
List. There are some perks, though, aside from the warm fuzzy of
knowing you're helping make the club a little stronger. These are
mentioned at the website in a publicly availble area.
