[THC] (no subject)

Dear Members:

        There are two items of upcoming concern:

        1.)  Winter Warmer( February 10):  We have two volunteers to man the THC booth, and could use as many as two more.  You receive a ticket to the Warmer, which includes some opportunities for tasting ( when not explaining the joys of homebrewing to others ), a ticket to the food bar, and a free concert by Hogeye Navvy.  This is a great opportunity to reach out to people who understand something about craft beer, and are therefore potential homebrewers.

        2.) We need hosts for THC meetings this spring.  Victor is hosting the January meeting on the 20th, but February and the rest of the Spring is still open.  Hosting is enjoyable, not at all difficult, and a great opportunity to entertain a wide variety of people who all bring homebrew to your house!  This is my idea of entertaining!
