[THC] Wit

All you need to do is raise the temperature of the
wheat to 155F and  get it to gelatinize, you will be
able to tell when the kernels (ground like your malt
of course)  turn sort of translucent.  Then just mash
in your malt.  You can boil the grain if you want, but
that tends to make it very sticky and thick.  You may
also want to put rice or oat hulls in the mix for
extra lautering ability.  Good luck
