[THC] Wit

I made my first wit ever recently with a somewhat smaller proportion of 
wheat, I think it was about 35% of the grain bill, and I did not use 
rice hulls.  I did not do a cereal mash, just did a normal 60 min mash 
at about 153.  My efficiency was fairly normal.  (My efficiency is 
usually around 75 - 80%, and I don't usually work at it very hard.)

And the wit turned out fine too.
