[THC] Bourbon Barrel Stout

THC members:

        We racked the stout into the bourbon barrel today! The stout was a clone of Bell's Double Cream Stout ( recipe from Zymurgy ), and the barrel is a  Maker's Mark barrel. Most of the beer was brewed during the AHA big brew event on May 5.  Hopefully in a month or so we will be ready to remove it from the barrel.  This beer will be on tap for the club at the Winter Warmer 2008, and perhaps at other venues.  A big thanks goes out to Linda, Victor, Kurt, Alan, Sean, Robert, and Jerome for making this club project happen.  Slainte,
