[THC] Fruit&Hops?

I made a lemon lambic that is over the top assertive,
think pinesol.  If you want to go that route only
leave the lemons for a few days in contact with the
beer.  I did two weeks and that stuff can take the
paint off cars.

As mentioned before an IPA will mask nearly anything. 
If I were to try some fruit in one I think I would go
with pineapple.  I made a pineapple wine many years
ago that was destined for distillation.  To make a
long story short my still was a POS, the wine was
terrible (I was a new brewer and just sort of winged
it), but the pineapple flavor was amazing.  So if you
use enough with american hops it would probably turn
out fantastic.
