Yes, in fact (due to Ed Bronson's picking on me!) there are two 
singularly unflattering photos from the NHC in Denver this past June.  
One was from the judging and one from a presentation, I forget whose talk.

OK, seriously, I don't really think Ed was picking on me, and I look 
like what I look like.  It's kind of cool to get my picture in Zymurgy.

The conference in 2008 is in Cincinnati, and I recommend that you all 
book your rooms now (they're going fast and it's a small-ish hotel), 
save up the dough, put some of your best beer in kegs, and help our 
little part of Indiana SHOW OFF down there.

The National Conference is about the most fun a homebrewer can have 
besides brewing.  And incredibly educational and inspiring.  That was my 
second NHC, and although I won't be able to go to all of them, I'm going 
to be trying to go every two or three years or so.
