Hey -- if you read the whole eligibility rule you saw that a male is 
allowed to have TOUCHED the bottle in order to cap it.  Well, hmm.  
Maybe not.  Maybe the "person of female gender" has to hold the bottle 
while the "person of male gender" (I prefer "person with a Y 
chromosome") operates the capper!
