[THC] February 10th Meeting at Blichmann's

The next meeting is set for February 10th at John Blichmann's house.  Time 1 to 7 pm

He says-- I was planning to brew in the AM, everyone is welcome to bring their gear over and brew in
the PM or AM, but it may be cold so we can play that by ear.  If I brew in
the AM, we can probably do another batch or two (extract of all grain) in my
basement brewery too so we don't need to freeze our butts off.  Plenty of
space on the b-ball court to brew outside if it's reasonable out.  Thought
I'd throw something in the smoker for eating throughout the afternoon.  Oh,
doing the Porter judging in my bar in the basement would be fine too.

We will be judging Porters to pick the one to send to the Perfect Porter Challenge club only competition in March.    http://www.beertown.org/homebrewing/schedule.html

So bring your best porter even if it isn't quite ready since it will have some time to mature.
