And Mike is correct or at least it's what I'm hearing too, that these 
things are going to become extinct eventually as the soda manufacturers 
are now making bag-and-box dispensing equipment.  Get them while we can 
is what I say.  I am using them for bulk aging of meads.  So far so good.
