[THC] Club-only-Competitions Schedule

Entering competitions is often a very good way to get feedback about 
your beers.  If you *really* want to learn a lot, take up judging 
<http://www.bjcp.org>, and/or take a look at the Cicerone program that 
Ray D. has got up and running.  <http://www.cicerone.org>

These people, Mike Bardallis and Annette May, both full fledged 
Certified Cicerones, are friends through judging.  A few others in the 
club know them from the Drunk Monk competition and/or Longshot judging.

Here is the C-O-C schedule for the near known future.  Let's don't be 
shy folks.  We should have a "taste-off" several weeks in advance of 
each due date, to determine which club beer we should send (unless we 
have only one beer interested in going) and then the club pays shipping 
and entry fee for the chose beer to go to the judging location.
